We recommend: UPS express courier shipping 3 - 8 days for additional payment via custom order.
For all shipping options, as soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email through Shopify with your tracking number.
As per Shopify's recommendations, we ship ONLY to the address provided upon checkout at Shopify. Please, make sure it's correct!

Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; my shop and I have no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Returns and exchange details
We want you to have the best possible online shopping experience at our shop and your happiness is very important to us!
We can’t be held responsible for a change of mind but if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give a replacement or refund.
We accept returns on all non-custom, non-personalized items. Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item if you would like to return it. A Return Authorization # must be issued in order to return the item in as new condition. Once received in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item - shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We inspect all items before shipment to make sure they are securely packaged in transit to avoid damage. However, if you receive your order and it damaged, defective or missing item(s), please report immediately so that we may resolve the issue. We will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We recommend using a mailing tracking service in case of lost items as 2b1Wedding shop will not be responsible for lost items.
